How did you find if you are such a noob and do not read other posts? Somebody added the legal way to withdraw....if anybody learned how to read....

Puzzle 135's publickey is already known. If someone want to steal it, they can already do it. But they can't. Because it is imposibble to make with publickey!
Just setup electrum and transfer it, if you really solved it!

🛡️ Secure 13.5 BTC Recovery Protocol (Puzzle #135)

To claim the prize without being robbed by Mempool Sniping Bots, you must avoid broadcasting the transaction directly through your wallet. Use this Private Broadcast method:

1. Setup the Destination

Open Electrum -> Receive tab -> Click Onchain.

Copy your address (e.g., bc1...). This is your safe vault.

2. Create the "Offline" Sweep

Go to Wallet -> Private Keys -> Sweep.

Paste the Puzzle Private Key in the first field.

Paste your Destination Address in the second field.

CRITICAL: Do NOT click "Sweep". Click Preview or View Details.

Click the Details button and copy the Raw Hex string.

3. Use a Private Mining Tunnel

Go to mempool space accelerator or viabtc com tools txaccelerator.

Paste the Raw Hex into the broadcast field.

Pay the acceleration fee. This sends your transaction directly to miners via a private API, bypassing the public mempool where bots live.

Why? This prevents "Front-running". Bots can't steal what they can't see. By the time they see your transaction, it will already be confirmed in a block.

Why are you still tell something? If front bots can steal puzzle 135's award, they can already do it! Because publickey is already known!

Bots only determine the publickey and use kangaroo and find private key, then put higher fee and get balance. It is simple for lower puzzle numbers like as 66 which takes 5-7 minutes with renting GPUs.
But it is nearly impossible for 135, if a block don't mine along 1000 years. And rental cost of thousands of GPUs is not profitable for a hacker team. What kind of stupid spend 3-5 millions dollars for a million dollar!

This clown is lying — you didn’t solve anything. If you had, you would’ve already transferred the BTC to your address. What are you waiting for?

These puzzles are impossible to solve, stop the nonsense.
